Amanda Wodzenski is the Mastermind behind  CRMastermind and author of the “Your Small Biz Technocoach” blog. Her consulting activities extend into the areas of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems, Small Business Growth and Strategy, Strategic Marketing, e-Mail Marketing, and Social Media. Her website and blog offer technology tools, tips, and solutions to help Small Businesses Grow. She also conducts on-line classes, workshops, and webinars.

Amanda has 15 years experience in marketing and management.  Prior to forming CRMastermind, Amanda Wodzenski held the positions of Marketing Manager, Commercial Products Manager, Consultant,  Advisor, and Sales Engineer. Amanda has a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University, and an MBA from West Virginia University.
